LOFINO identified potential in a new product line, sparking the launch of an exciting and fast-paced project. A brand-new roadmap was set up, presenting a fresh challenge for me as the project was approached with an MVP mindset: release first, then refine.
Sachbezug centered on providing employees with monthly, tax-free budgets funded by their employers. Users could select from various providers each month to receive gift cards worth €50. This concept stood out from the app’s existing functionalities, as it introduced a streamlined process that didn’t rely on uploads or data-heavy interactions.

Despite encountering numerous technical challenges, my experience with cross-team collaboration enabled me to address these hurdles efficiently.
